Everyone there is super helpful, very easy to talk to and they legitimately care about whatever it is you need assistance with. Special shout-out to Victor for helping me get the things I needed to set up my monitors.
Always a brilliant experience at Sam Ash; I've been shopping for gear there for years now and I can absolutely say the service is class or as we say back in Liverpool, Boss! Ace community of staff members, but my go to person is Andrew Butler; the lad's boss!
My son and I came in to look for a distortion pedal. Instead of setting us up on a general pedal board with a random amp and guitar, the salesman asked what amp and guitar he used, set us up exactly as we are at home and let us try out 5 pedals. Could not have been better.

I think the stores can look a bit more esthetically pleasing. They look over packed with gear. But makes no difference to me honestly. In this age of online stores and physical stores it's hard to keep a physical location and beat online prices.

Mitch Weissman was thorough, thoughtful, and on top of things. Took a bit to do a credit card over the phone due to amount. If that's a problem, use a two person system to verify amount and request. Like doing business this way. Computers are impersonal.
