All staffs are extremely friendly. Cater to all my needs. Kudos to sam ash of Howthorne. Easy to deal with stuffs. Sir Jay McGabe, Chris Donnely, and Jason Hurowitz you have a wonderful team. As soon as they receive my email, they promptly make room for my requests, even on short notice. Broken strings were replaced free of charge. I haven't checked the guitar complimentary setup yet, as we're in a bit of a hurry, but you guys rock! 💯👍🤘🎸
