I love this store! The customer service is amazing! I walked in with some questions and walked out with what I was looking for. Nick is such a knowledgeable and genuine person. He took his time to answer all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured when talking to me. I feel that he went beyond for me. The environment is really chill. I got what I wanted and I’m super satisfied with my purchase. This is now my favorite Sam Ash! It was a pleasure doing business.
The staff at Sam Ash was very patient and helpful especially Shane. Whatever I asked for he was very helpful in showing me where to find it and what was in my price range. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful finding the items I needed
The service was impeccable! I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. I was visiting LA from Charlotte NC and as a musician, we always have to find music stores wherever we go. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. I bought a bass and you guys are shipping it to my home, so I didn't have to worry about it on the aircraft. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Sales associates who helped me (Nicole and Shane) were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Nicole even helped me load the items into my car. It was Labor Day sale so I got a great discount too. Very pleasant experience overall.
Shane explained to us very well during purchasing. He is very knowledgeable and super nice.
