Jesse Brown at the Torrance location is one of the best employees the chain has. I purchased almost $900 in drum gear the previous week while he was helping others in between with guitars. I received a coupon and he was able to to readjust my original payment to receive a small credit, only like $30. But he was patient and very kind. I will recommend him to all of my friends.
