Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

When we purchased the instrument I also purchased a prepaid cleaning service which I was told I could receive up to 4 cleanings in a year, to bring in the instrument about every 3 months. When I called to schedule the first cleaning the sale associate told me I would have 3 additional cleanings to use over the next year. This was not the case so I was only able to get the instrument in twice. Mostly because they lost their in house service tech and they had to send all the instruments to other stores.
