Poor customer service, this place used to have a nice ma and pop vibe.
Justin in guitars is extremely rude, kept me waiting 20 minutes to return an item, blew me off for another customer had to go to drums.

First time ordering a guitar from Sam Ash - and really bad experience. Ordered the guitar from their Ebay store. 2 days go by and no tracking number. Then I get a message from Ebay telling me that Sam Ash contacted them and said I was returning the guitar and asking for a refund. Turns out they had sold out of the guitar via their website and had not removed the listing from their Ebay store.
