Nice to be able to go into a music store and not see a bunch of kids third of your age and acting like they know everything Sam Ash still personable and the staff is great and thanks to Big Jim and the store manager Bill and sales manager Erick who I've known for years thanks for all your help
I brought back a guitar we had purchased for my daughter two years before. She never really took to music. Store manager was great to work with and gave me a really fair price on purchasing the guitar back from me. Fair negotiations and more space in the closet. Unfortunately my daughter hasn't even noticed that it's not there anymore....kids.
I like Sam Ash but I find the sales people aloof and intimidating. I am a older man who Always dreamed of a music career but fate as always made in possible.. But I will never give up even though I am approaching Senior. citizenship. Iike the fact you are encourage to come in and play.

I have been going to Sam Ash Music in New Haven CT for years and the staff has always been helpful and friendly, especially Billy Morello and Big Jim. Billy is the Manager there and he is a total CLASS ACT and does whatever he can to make your experience a great one. He actually treats you with respect and dignity and is not just there to take your money. I HIGHLY recommend him, Big Jim and the staff.
