Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

These guys were very easy to work with. I traded in a couple of items, for which they offered good value and purchased a new amp with the trade. Store is well stocked. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They did not rush me at all as I checked out the amp I wanted - even let me use a guitar way above my budget or ability.
I have been going to Sam Ash Music in New Haven CT for years and the staff has always been helpful and friendly, especially Billy Morello and Big Jim. Billy is the Manager there and he is a total CLASS ACT and does whatever he can to make your experience a great one. He actually treats you with respect and dignity and is not just there to take your money. I HIGHLY recommend him, Big Jim and the staff.
