They are a great place if you can get the right people to help you . They have a few guys In that place that are really great
The positive: Sam Ash Music in Clearwater and Nashville are both great. The people working in Nashville were nicer and provided better service. The Clearwater store has better selection to meet any budget. I prefer Sam Ash to any store. The Negative: Saturday, most peoples day off...they had no cords out to try the amps? The brass section was dead..when i ask about trying a sax...the girl said she would have to change the reed. Then just stood there and never attempted to provide service. I am looking for a 15" Remo snare side drum head. I called your store and asked the drum guy if you had one in stock. He said that he did. I asked again. 15" Remo snare side drum head. He said yes. So I made the 25 minute trip from St. Petersburg ON A SUNDAY because it's small business weekend blah blah blah blah.
