Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

Sadly I needed an emergency replacement tenor saxophone and because we bought the first at this Sam Ash we went back to purchase the replacement but sadly no one wanted to help us so after 20 minutes of waiting while 3 people chatted at the register we left without the sax we needed for a competition the next day but luckily another store got us what we needed as a loaner.
We went S A yesterday in Orlando on colonial dr. We live 2 hrs away. Was so excited to get there and look at the drum department. I needed a lot of items and held off getting them here at Guitar Center. Wow what a dud of a store. Shelf’s were pretty empty. Stock laying around on floor. Looking for pk of 3 Evans heads, they did not have 10,12,14 ec coated style… no luck, DW 9000 series snare stand - they were out, stick selection was a big joke , sticks were all mixed up, behind counter, and had 30% full stock and boxes layin... read more
Customer Service is non existent at this store.
went to the store today 1/4/2021 to pick up an used piano I had on layaway and Anthony Murphy was very nice to us. But just as we were about to leave came this “somebody” I think his name was Tommy and started complaining about why Anthony sold us the piano (did he have another purpose for the piano than to sell it????? hmmmm suspicious) then he continued complaining because I requested to have the owners manual printed because it was not in the box. Very rude to have an employee embarrassed in front of a customer. Kudos to... read more
I've had the guitar tech Rob do some work for me at the Sam Ash on East Colonial last month. He lowered the action and did a setup on my SEAGULL S6, Then several days ago he did some work on an archtop which included setting the intonation. his work is excellent and it was a one day turn around. I'm hoping to customize one of my other guitars with some hotter pickups with Rob and will use him for some future projects.
REQUIRES MASKS - terrible for those who cannot wear one (those with asthma, lung conditions, etc...). This is a very discriminatory policy and a knee jerk reaction. Also, when questioned about this, their staff was smug and dismissive and then blocked me from any further comments.
Better customer service, better customer service
