Awesome store with great selections and Amazing staff. Extra special thanks to Greg and Eddie at the Sarasota Florida store for all their help and patients with me. Both these guys went way above and beyond in helping find exactly what I wanted and at the best price possible. They went way out of their way to make special phone calls to manufactures and tech support. If I have a question, the have an answer or they find one. I love the store and they have a lot of instruments and electronics to try out. My only complaint is that for Christmas my girlfriend bought me a used flute and I found out it had some leaky pads. I went to see if I could exchange it for what she paid for it and buy a better flute and they refused. They had told her i could exchange it when she'd bought it. Perhaps she should have got it in writing.
