Just visited. Talked to Scott and another guy. Both were friendly, professional and just plain down to earth. They told me the truth no BS. I'll be back up to buy a guitar soon.
This store is the best music store around! We have been in some where they never ask you if they can help you. The staff here is more than courteous and always willing to help in any way they can.

Went in Thursday afternoon looking for a pretty obscure item which they understandably didn't have in stock. No problem. They had it delivered to the store and I picked it up Friday morning. Is that great or what?! Also, very helpful, knowledgeable staff, they take all the time you need to answer questions.
