Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

I have this time to get my money back from an abused and ugly product. I do not answer they are only good to sell not to solve problems I do not recommend them to anyone 🖕 they cheated me with the return they sent a FedEx staff to look for it and they sent it to another place we don't see in court
Looking to trade some equipment, I was lied to(twice) and insulted at Guitar Center. Sam Ash treated me right, and with a way better deal.
I could spend a whole day just looking at the inventory. But aside from that, I took an old bass in for what I feared would be expensive work and it ended up costing me nothing … simple fix that the tech didn't even bother to charge me for. So yes, I would and in fact have recommended our local Sam Ash to anyone needing anything musical.
I needed to replace my phono pre-amp to my computer and yesterday my local Sam Ash store had 2 shop demo units on the shelf just needing a power cord that I got for $5 a piece! Now my vinyl rips that I post at DU blog are great quality since my old one I had had had over 5000 rips from it!
Used to love Sam Ash stores been shopping at the stores since 97 and today might have been my last. Sales people are supposed to help customers not just say something is Junk and not give advice on why something might be junk, Also when a customer says he is happy with a product the sales person shouldn't say that's junk also.
