Used to love Sam Ash stores been shopping at the stores since 97 and today might have been my last. Sales people are supposed to help customers not just say something is Junk and not give advice on why something might be junk, Also when a customer says he is happy with a product the sales person shouldn't say that's junk also. Sammy Ash and Adam Ash were very unkind to a local family (frequent customers, no less) who requested a donation for an event to raise money for pediatric cancer. Their daughter (another frequent customer) died in June at the age of 17. Adam's take on it was that they "shouldn't receive special treatment" because they lost their child. I bought a new uke from here last week. Told them I was a lefty and was told no problem if you need help swithing let us know and we will flip for you. Called today and its suddenly 50 bucks.

I love the store and they have a lot of instruments and electronics to try out. My only complaint is that for Christmas my girlfriend bought me a used flute and I found out it had some leaky pads. I went to see if I could exchange it for what she paid for it and buy a better flute and they refused. They had told her i could exchange it when she'd bought it. Perhaps she should have got it in writing.
