Great selection and prices on guitars. Very helpful staff and friendly. Also focused on customer experience for example I didn't feel like someone was selling me an instrument. The staff wanted to know me, my playing style, budget, etc. they even remembered my name when I returned to the store. Most recently, I had their tech, the amazing Chicago Joe, check out and set up three pieces including a Gretsch hollowbody that had been a little finicky as of late.
