Everything was just great and your drum and percussion Department was looking very neat and organized which is quite a difference from the last time I was in the store and it was in complete disarray. The guy in the drum Department was super helpful and got exactly what I needed and proceeded to make a smooth transaction
Chicago Joe restrung my guitar while my daughter was having violin lessons with Ms Michelle. I didn't have to come back and get my guitar, so I don't think there was a whole lot of room for improvement. Every one is cordial, and cool. Yup, I'm good.
The employees helped us alot in buying my son's first guitar. They gave us the information to decide on what type of guitar he should get.
We have been looking foe another Strat/we own 2 ,and we wanted a Maple neck and Sam Ash had the exact guitar we were looking for. Their prices were competitive with Ebay so we purchased ...... all went well and smooth , good sales man , and a great guitar ...... very pleased ....
