Just starting my journey in learning to play guitar. I had purchased a CHEAP guitar from a yard sale and needed some accessories so I went to Sam Ash to get picks and a strap. The sales staff were very helpful and were never condescending to this newbie, even after they looked at my $20 guitar that I had bought elsewhere. Always a great experience with these folks. From the good folks poking their head into the acoustic room to see if they can help with anything, to the counter folks being able to decipher what it is you REALLY want (Oh, you need an input jack - sure!) - and just make great recommendation - these guys are the stuff. Will be back!
Great store, friendly staff, and wide selection to choose from. Just bought a drum set and look forward to many more trips to see them.
