Went in for the first time last night, all associates were helpful, especially gentleman near keyboards and sound equipment. Needed something very specific and he found it with a smile, he made sure I had everything I needed and continued to talk to me and tell me about the company. He was extremely nice and professional.

Extremely helpful! Bought a used trombone for my daughter 2 years ago. I wanted used because I knew that sadly, band would be a passing phase. Was able to sell the trombone back to them today with zero hastle for a fair price.
