I have always had a wonderful customer relationship with Sam Ashe. I have purchased several $!,000 for personal and church music equipment and instruments. My favorite music store for many years.
The customer service is awesome. They saved me from purchasing unneccessary items for my studio and pointed me in the right direction.
Always friendly, ready to offer their advice or opinion on items. But you must remember, it is a subjective opinion. Check things for yourself, then decide. I had been buying effects pedals, but they sounded terrible. So I looked into a Multi Effects Pedals (MEP). Some feel they are no good, others feels they help you find your sound. I settled on a Boss ME-80 MEP and I love it!

I went to the store because I am a beginner drummer who wanted to visit a big city music store. I was blown away! This store is huge! The drum center is as big as the music store in my town. I started taking with Shupe. His tag said something about being a trainee, but he was very knowledgeable. He is an instructor and listened to every question I had. I can't wait to go back.
I purchased a Otto Link 6 star medium strength mouthpiece and loved it in the practice room!!! The next phase is loving it on the bandstand. These coming weeks willl test the durability. I also enjoyed the customer to sells representative exchange between Tre and I at the Sam Ash in Raleigh in Capital. He is always friendly and knowledgeable. If he doesnt know, he never hesitates, he politely moves me in the propper direction. I will shio and reccomend friends again.
