1st time trading in store, was hoping to get more for my trade, but they did work with me on prices on what i traded for. Always used Sam Ash for purchases outside of the internet.
How can I start! The Sam Ash Music store on Capital Blv. in Raleigh NC, I would like to highly recommend to take music class and shopping their. When you enter the them Building, start from great greeting, the instructor are knowledgeable, excellent customer service, the employees are very friendly, and helping you patiently.
The associate that was assisting me was exceptional. It was very busy and she was assisting multiple customers but it did not feel the quality of the service was lost. She listned to what I needed out of a microphone and assisted me in finding a microphone that best suited my needs. Because of this I am very happy with my purchase. Give this person a raise.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Love the instructor. Look forward to our next lesson

Great guy I worked with. Very friendly, however...he had told me the 2 guitars I was buying came with gig bags and may have some new in a box. They neither came with a bag, nor did he have them new in a box. He told me when I was ready to pay that the gig bags were $30 more, each. Quite a difference from earlier.
Brought in an Ovation guitar I have had for years that I never played and would not sell. I walked out with a brand new Yamaha A1M and hardcase without oweing a penny. Thanks for giving me a guitar that I needed to progress....all for $0. Love this place!
The technicians in the guitar department are great! I always get the best advice and service. I would not go anywhere else.
