I just want to say that at one time i vowed to never to buy from Sam Ash in Raleigh because I had a few bad experiences in the guitar department. I actually started going there to try out guitars and then later buying form online or across the street. Well i want to say that I recently started shopping there again but only in the Pro Audio department...
