I definitely prefer Sam Ash over Guitar Center any day. The customer service is much, much better. I go to Guitar Center when I feel like being completely ignored... 😆 The sales people at S.A. are usually very attentive, although I have been in the store a few times when one or two customers are hogging the attention of the one service member & it seems that there should be another employee there. My first visit was awesome went in for a trumpet staff was knowledgeable and very helpful left with a new trumpet and enjoyed my whole experience can’t wait for a reason to go back even though I live a hour and twenty minutes away
