I special ordered a Goldtone long-neck banjo. i expected to pay full retail, but Sam Ash met the low price offered by on-line sellers in spite of the fact they had never stocked this particular item before and were not really familiar with it. Employees took the time and made several phone calls as well as doing some Internet research to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
