The staff was very knowledgeable. And very friendly. The salesman even gave my son a free lesson on how to play the instrument that he just got. Great customer service

Sam Ash employees always give the BEST service. Whether it's a big thing like a bass guitar or keyboard, or something small like a cable or a strap, they always treat me like I'm the only one there. And they always have exactly what I need. I love this place!
Sam Ash in San Antonio is awesome! The personnel there will attend you with curtousy and respect. The managers are also great to deal with and they take the time to listen and explain. I would surely recommend shopping there.. I have shopped there for 13 years!!
