Ted the salesperson in the guitar departmen was very knowledgeable so he was able to answer all questions regarding the different guitars and amps I showed interest in . I played many guitars and amps before making my decision and Ted was very patient and attentive during that process.

I always get friendly helpful service at Sam Ash....which is not always the case at the other music chain in town ....seems like grey hair makes me less attractive as a customer... even though I have a lot more buying power now....As a result, Sam Ash has gotten about $10k of business from me over the years....even though many times the price is the same at the other chain....I go where I am treated as a valued customer.....To be fair, the also have very competitive prices and have matched the price I found elsewhere...on ... read more

The person who helped me over the phone and in the store was Josh and he was extremely helpful. He was polite and professional I feel like he went out of his way for customer service.
My daughter loves taking guitar lessons each week with Katrina. She is genuine and devoted and truly cares about her students. As a single parent, having another role model like Katrina in her life is important to me. It's not just for the guitar lessons...it's having time each week learning with Katrina that brings us back each week.
