The guy that answered the phone, The manager at the Charlotte, NC store, and the guy that fulfilled my order when I went to pick it up where all top notch in everything. Thank you Sam Ash. Whoever packaged the guitar did a great job. I was nervous opening as the box had damage on lower corner and went through the box. However the guitar was double boxed and well protected with lots of bubble wrap all around the inner box. Guitar was setup perfect, it was clean, not smudge or finger print or dust.
