Fast shipping and good return policy. However, the return process is fairly complicated and puts a lot of burden on the customer. Could Be smoother, like it is for Amazon.com and Walmart.com. - especially if the customer doesn’t live near a Sam Ash store.

Flew from NJ to Houston for a gig a few weeks ago. Found out, while boarding the plane for TX, that the other horn player was sick and that I needed to switch instruments for the gig the next night. The stores in Houston and Edison, NJ worked so hard to help me make everything work. I'm so sad to hear just now that the Edison store is closing. Every single employee I've had the pleasure of meeting there has been top notch.
