Still honored the return policy and was easy process to get refund wish I could have gotten store credit and got another amp but understand they are all closing had good experiences with Sam ash every time I bought something from them sad to see the stores all closing

My first Sam Ash transaction, sad that the store is going out of business.. I knew about the store for over 20 years but just recently got into music. hopefully they’ll find a way to come back one day.
