When I ran into a major issue with the final shipping address of my bass guitar, the initial two customer service representatives were somewhat helpful, but did not go above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved overall. However, the third customer service representative, Jason Hurowitz, did go above and beyond by contacting everyone possible or to get my issue resolved and stayed in close contact with me throughout to ensure it was done. Delivered fast and reliable
received in 3 days…wow my only concern was that it was an open box and only the bottom half of the packing was securing the amp from moving around in the loose box, fortunately the amp was not damaged.
My guitar was shipped promptly and was packed well. I had no problems at all.
