When I ran into a major issue with the final shipping address of my bass guitar, the initial two customer service representatives were somewhat helpful, but did not go above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved overall. However, the third customer service representative, Jason Hurowitz, did go above and beyond by contacting everyone possible or to get my issue resolved and stayed in close contact with me throughout to ensure it was done. received in 3 days…wow my only concern was that it was an open box and only the bottom half of the packing was securing the amp from moving around in the loose box, fortunately the amp was not damaged.
My guitar was shipped promptly and was packed well. I had no problems at all.

I was especially happy on how well you packaged the Yamaha guitar. Your shipper treated my guitar carefully also. Everything was as pictured on your site. I was a little leary because you were going out of business. Your staff was impeccable.
So sad to see you guys leave. My father who has since passed away was a pianist and I have many fond childhood memories of going to Sam Ash throughout my childhood. My brother and I both became musicians as well and we went on to make many memorable purchases from Sam Ash. It was our family’s go-to store. Amazing that even as you were closing shop you still honored your return policy from April. I hope you keep just one store open for nostalgia. Good luck to you all.
