I’d been eyeing boss bass amp at all the usual online music shops. Other 2 big ones would not budge on pricing and I was on fence about purchase. Excellent experience! There was a hiccup with my purchase (it turned out to be my fault). I called them, got to a human quickly, transferred me to the appropriate person at a local store in New Jersey. Joe could not have been nicer, the one thing he did not know he looked up and got back to me quickly. He never sounded phony. Others in the industry could take lessons.
So I’ve been looking at the PRX One for quite a while. It’s way more than I need right now but I received a 15% coupon and I was able to apply it on top of a sale price. So in the end I couldn’t refuse it. Shipping was very fast! Three days. I whole heartedly recommend Sam Ash!
