The folks at Sam Ash do a great job. I called on a Saturday to order a piano and it was delivered to my house on the following Tuesday afternoon. Just like the guy on the phone said it would. They used FedEx Ground and I was able to track it all the way. The guy that I talked to on the phone was as professional as anyone could be. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future from Sam Ash. Awesome experience.

I originally wanted to return the guitar because it wasn’t set up properly at all, but the return shipping is so expensive it’s not worth it. Also, they don’t provide shipping labels or any kind of tracking method…you just ship it out and cross your fingers that you’ll be refunded. So, I spent the 4 hours setting the guitar up and it’s actually pretty nice. I won’t buy from Sam Ash again because it’s so hard to return anything.
