Delivery was quick
Shipping was in a timely fashion, product (Yamaha Recording Custom snare) was as described but the batter head was in bad shape. It was the factory head from Yamaha,but had a gooey dark stain and some major sticking dents in the head almost unplayable! For the money spent,it would have been better with a new head of some sort,on top! That is my only complaint, otherwise everything is great! I've bought a few things from you before!
