We ordered a drum set, some sticks, and mutes. Everything went smooth when the packages were delivered except for the mutes. Sure enough, they were on the packing slip but nowhere to be found. I called customer support and they needed an hour to find out the mutes had not been shipped out with the rest of the packages and would get it out that day.
