Two items in order were shipped separately. Items arrived without damage to contents. Order was fulfilled properly. There was one item that was not fulfilled and I talked to an employee on the website's chat. He said that item would be fulfilled in two days and that part of the order was shipped.
I needed a practice amplifier that was inexpensive, good quality and lightweight. The folks at Sam Ash helped me make the decision and I received the amplifier in just 2 days from their factory. The Marshall amp was perfect for my needs. Thanks again!
