Chris was the store manager at the Florida store I purchased from and he was a pleasure to work with and was fair. Guitar did not have the hard case and it was shipped with a better case than the one it came with even after they discounted the guitar. Called to try and give it back and they told me to enjoy! You guys are great! The guitar is perfect!!

They found me the right guitar case I need and received it right away
The softcover book was just put in a thin postal mailer and had suffered some minor folding damage when it arrived. Should put soft cover books in sturdier/cushioned packaging to avoid this problem.
