I had a problem with my order. I don’t believe it was any fault of Sam Ash. The factory packaging (2 out of 10)was missing some parts. My sales representative and customer support made everything easy to send a replacement and correct the issue. I’d recommend dealing with them.

Love the selection and pricing at Sam Ash. This is my first stop when looking for something new or used. Customer service is always outstanding. Anytime I've had the pleasure to go to a location in person the Staff have always been helpful without being intrusive.
