I attempted to spend $3,000 for a kit at Las Vegas Guitar Center and had the most horrible customer service experience; so much so, I called their corporate office who could not give me an answer as to why I could not try the set on their floor. I then went to SamAsh in LV and met drum sales team member Tony Dale. Simply stated, he was fabulous and everything you want in a sales rep. He offered guidance, answered questions with no pressure. Matt Stone was the best! He got my order shipped out fast! He is a no nonsense straight shooter with upper management written all over him! His voice is strong and confident! He sounds like a young Van Johnson ( from the movies)
