Love Sam Ash. Order was easy and delivery time was sufficient. However, items had to come from separate stores and I ordered 5 mahogany wall mounts but was sent 4 of one and one of another wood. They still look great but I’d like to get what I order.

Sam Ash has a great reputation and I am not bad mouthing them. My experience was not great only in the part where they sent me the wrong guitar. I'm still waiting for a refund because they don't do that until the guitar is back in their possession. I had to wait four days to send it back because FedEX doesn't pick up on weekends or Mondays and I am rural and not close to any store.
