Easy to finish picking up a super great deal on a keyboard I had my eye on for a while. Sad to hear the stores are closing. Still remember going to the store in NYC and being amazed at the collection of instruments to eye up and even play. End of an era.

Best service and very good pricing. Very sad to see the company is closing its doors. They have the best service, best sales department, and great installation department, for installing items on musical equipment. These people are great and will be missed. I don’t know what is in the water but if they could spread it out, customer service would get better all across the board!

What can I say? I've been shopping at Sam Ash (mostly Edison, NJ) for a very long time and I've spent enough there to buy a nice car. No exaggeration. So now they're closing which makes me sad. This recent purchase went as smoothly as it should have! However, in the recent past, I've ordered things and they came late, the order was cancelled or in one case, the guitar pedal had a broken knob. Although store is set for closing, there was some great deals and many items were still there to purchase. Store stock was still organized and not all over the place as with stores going out of business. Good experience. Walked in needing a mic stand. Expecting to spend @$40. Left spending over $1k.
Item was priced right and was delivered to my home faster than I expected.
