The whole experience was great. Adam helped me track down a new in box drum set that I was looking for and had it shipped to me way faster than expected. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I played a gig with my new kit within the same week. Thanks for everything!
I ordered a music writing book with 200 pages. They called me personally to apologize that they didn't have it and offered me 2 writing books with 150 pages each. I took the offer. I got 2 books for the price of 1! Really kind people.

Eric was the best and Paul I bought a guitar for my son and we live in California but the store in North Carolina had it so after several phone calls Eric helped me with the purchase we got it and it’s great
Sam is one of my most favorite guitar places out of guitar Center because it’s where I used to go from Ontario Mills mall in Southern California and I do hope that Sam will still keep their website up and running cause guitar Center does not have what Sam ash has
