My order was easy and delivered quickly and the product was not damaged when I got it. Samash is awesome!!
I play a Schecter short scale bass and thought maybe the Ibanez Mikro bass would be a n even better fit for me. So I ordered it through Sam Ash.com and was assured that if there was any issues I could return it to my local store. Unfortunately the bass was not to my liking so I returned it to the Cherry Hill, NJ branch. Just a cursory look at the bass to make sure it wasn’t damaged and the clerk there processed my return. Very easily accomplished and I would use the store or website again for sure.
Even though there was a mixup in the order, I was very pleased with the way it was handled. They more than made up for the original snafu. David
Chris Donnolly was great with the initial sale and his follow-up. He kept his promise. He worked hard to satisfy me as the client and for the Sam Ash Company itself. I'm sure he treats all his clients the same.
