I've had 2 recent Sam Ash experiences. One experience was an on line purchase of a guitar strap, which went well, although the shipping charge was a bit high and I had to pick it up at the store. I thought they would ship to my home. The second experience was in store (Richmond, VA). I could not get anyone to help me with a PA speaker and mic package.
