Sam Ash never fails to impress. I have been a Sam Ash customer since 1972 back in New York. My latest purchase was an Alto Sax I saw being sold from Torrance, Ca. Sam Ash location. I spoke to the Manager Jay who wrote up the order on June 02nd. On June 08th I received the Sax via FedEx. The packing was great as well as the Sax and case. As always GREAT JOB SAM ASH.

They found the error on their end and promptly sent out the correct guitar. They worked quickly getting me a return shipping label. They searched their inventory and found my replacement and had it to me in less than 48 hours. I am very pleased with my new guitar and the outstanding Customer Service provided by Sam Ash.
