Item arrived missing the power supply, but customer service sent it out right away.
Remarkable product and service! I thought I would have to send the product back because I was not getting it to work and the service representative I spoke to (Jason) was very helpful and went as far as to open a case for the return of the device after he walked me through some troubleshooting scenarios. Fortunately, I bought a new pair of TRS cables and it resolved my issue and I didn't have to send it back. So it wasn't the product at all. Have collected quite a few CDs over the years and have filled 4 Eurolite CD cases. Went to buy another case and apparently the manufacturer doesn't make it any more. Gave SamAsh a call and was told the Odyssey CD cases are quite similar to Eurolite. The Odyssey arrived and it's perfect! Same black color with silver trim and now my CDs have room. When the bass arrived, I learned that the roundwound strings were new, and the action was perfect! I took it to band practice an hour after I got it. It's great!
