I first contacted Michael Friedman about a guitar that I wanted. Michael put together a shipping quote and we made a deal. Being from Canada , I thought this was going to be a nightmare. Michael stayed in constant contact through the whole process and made everything so easy. The guitar arrived to me in about 4 days. When I opened the box to my surprise the guitar was in a beautiful hardshell case!! Smooth transaction!!!
