I was doing and I’m boxing video of this PRS SE standard, as David called me to follow up to make sure I had gotten a delivery and everything was good. It was kind of neat that I got his excellent customer service caught on video. It’s rare these days that someone takes the time to follow up personally. That’s why my last three purchases have been through Sam Ash and David and Saul my next three.
My order was easy and I received it in three days after I ordered it. Purchased the QSV 12 inch subwoofer. Best price and delivery for sure. I have not got to use it as of yet and a gig but I know I have a 30 day warranty so I will definitely use it before that. But I am sure I will have no trouble. The 4 Oz. bottle of Trick Cymbal Cleaner was in a plastic bag, thank goodness, but some of the liquid had seeped out and had coated the inside of the bag and outside of the bottle. Plus it looked like this had been sitting for years like this. Once I got the bag off and the bottle cleaned it was fine.
