I appreciate that the staff reached out to offer the option to have my order fulfilled long before I was expecting it to be. The equipment arrived on time and in the condition promised. I have been using it and it works as expected so I am very happy. I am happy to be a repeat customer.
Customer Service is fantastic. My order was placed and shipped that day. The board I bought is fantastic. The box it showed up in was way oversized though. I had more packing than product. Now I have to get rid of that stuff. I wont knock down my stars for that, just wanted to mention it. Fed ex on the other hand, always messes up the deliveries.
