I had to check up on an item that I thought should have been delivered to find out it was on back order from the mfg. No notice of that so that's not 5 stars but what was 5 stars was following a chat link identified as an actual person (and...an american! gasp!). He called the mfg., then found a replacement, track it to a store, called the store that couldn't find what the system said it had so he found one, had it next day shipped and because the new item didn't qualify for free shipping, he said he would discount the new i... read more
Bought a demo LTD guitar price was unbeatable it was top notch like new condition. The employees in the store were helpful when I arrived to pick up my online order. I would give them 5 stars but the online order status stayed as processing and never updated. I had to use the chat feature to find out that my guitar was at the store ready to be picked up.

This is a real, standup, solid company, I received some speakers, but unfortunately, got damaged during shipping. I returned them with no problem, they sent me two new speakers that are just wonderful. That was appreciated!
