I placed an order for a guitar. There was a slight mixup in the ordering process in which the order was placed twice. I called Sam Ash and spoke to a woman named Lisa (I think that was her name). She tried to help me out, but wasn't quite sure exactly how to remedy this situation. She left a note for someone else to handle it the next day. They found the guitar I was looking for at a store ( I live too far for pickup), packed and sent to my home in 2 days over a holiday weekend. Guitar was well packed and protected, looks great, and even got free shipping. Top notch service.
Searching for Casio PX-S7000 on Google and found that Sam Ash was the only one that wasn't backordered and had 1 left, so went to web site and ordered it. That was easy, and on Friday evening. It was delivered the following Mon and was unpacked and operating by Mon night. Couldn't have been easier or faster. Very happy with Sam Ash.
