Salesman was great! Returned calls, answered all questions about the product. I questioned how long the amp was sitting in a warehouse and the quality of the item. The item arrived with a broken input jact.... No offense, but when you buy a $3,000+ guitar amp buy a reputable brand, you expect it to work.... Now I'm starting the return process, hopefully the salesman is as eager to assist as he was to sell the thing to me.
