Focus on the customer was excellent. He cleaned the Feder Strat, removed all the plastic, and took extra care making sure everything was perfect. Can't wait until the set up is complete. My kid loves that thing.

Salesman was great! Returned calls, answered all questions about the product. I questioned how long the amp was sitting in a warehouse and the quality of the item. The item arrived with a broken input jact.... No offense, but when you buy a $3,000+ guitar amp buy a reputable brand, you expect it to work.... Now I'm starting the return process, hopefully the salesman is as eager to assist as he was to sell the thing to me.
