Had the product I was looking for,same price as competitors. This was my first experience buying from any online music store and if Sam Ash has what I'm looking for in the future will buy from again. The “beatbuddy” pedal was delivered on time. The online salesperson was polite. One thing could be better, though. The photos of the product on your web site were for an old version. This caused me confusion. Your online salesperson could not tell me for sure which version you were shipping either (because he was working from home). You did ship the correct (latest) version, but please update the product photos.
Looked for a Presonus ATOM controller at the bigger box stores. Sold out. Thought to try Sam Ash and not only in stock, but I got a 10% discount for signing up and they shipped super fast! SaMASH indeed!
