I was trying to check out an online order but I was having trouble so I used the online chat. the customer service representative was great. he got everything reset and helped me get over the speedbump. I also figured it wouldn't hurt to ask, so I asked him if there was a discount code he could give me and he found one and took off $10 for me. I can’t thank you enough!!! This is the absolute greatest bass guitar experience that I have ever had! It’s all the more special because I was playing on a squier Fender bass before I made this purchase, (which is a lower tier of the Fender brand). So to jump from a squier bass to a professional Fender bass has been an experience that’s out of this world.
