Scott McConnell provided exceptional client service walking me through all of my options and then taking time to place my order and then happily making changes when I found I out I ordered the wrong color drum set. Scott went above and beyond and stopped the order next day after it shipped. And with all this I still received my order in 2days with regular ground shipping. Great white glove service which I never expected.
This is my first purchase from Sam Ash. Got a great price on the PRS SE Starla I've been looking for; in fact, it was the best price around for a brand new guitar. They shipped it fast and even double-boxed the shipment, which I though was "over and above"; other sellers have sent me guitars in the original mfgr box only, which I never liked.
