Scott McConnell provided exceptional client service walking me through all of my options and then taking time to place my order and then happily making changes when I found I out I ordered the wrong color drum set. This is my first purchase from Sam Ash. Got a great price on the PRS SE Starla I've been looking for; in fact, it was the best price around for a brand new guitar.
