The item that I received came in fairly quickly and was packaged in a secure way. There was a slight difference between what the picture showed and what I received, but I can live with that. All in all, it was a great experience.
The last amp in the country was a floor sample. The store owner contacted me directly to make sure I wanted it, provided a replacement power supply, and got it to me quickly
Last couple of visits to my local store proved to be a major improvement in terms of leaving the store happy "enough." One purchase rang up at $199.98, before tax. An online offer was fir $10.00 off a single purchase if $200.00 or more. They wouldn't budge. Same thing the visit before BUT, staff was not disrespectful toward me. That was enough to signal to me that they were most likely respectful of their customers, period. That makes me feel that much safer entering one of their stores. Enough said, I hope.
